Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of restaurant experience
  • Ability to reliably commute or relocate before starting work
  • Willingness to maintain kitchen cleanliness
  • Ability to operate cooking utensils and equipment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Passion for cooking and teamwork

Job Duties

  • Follow, enforce, comply and adhere to all LPT concepts, rules, policies, procedures, standards and recipes at all times
  • Communicate with the Chef to learn daily work tasks and coordinate them
  • Complete daily prep list within required time frames
  • Be knowledgeable of all stations in the restaurant
  • Prepare and present all menu items according to standard recipes and plate presentations
  • Communicate with line cooks for proper pars and production requirements
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and work area throughout shift
