Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of restaurant experience
Ability to reliably commute or relocate before starting work
Willingness to maintain kitchen cleanliness
Ability to operate cooking utensils and equipment
Strong communication skills
Passion for cooking and teamwork

Job Duties

Follow, enforce, comply and adhere to all LPT concepts, rules, policies, procedures, standards and recipes at all times
Communicate with the Chef to learn daily work tasks and coordinate them
Complete daily prep list within required time frames
Be knowledgeable of all stations in the restaurant
Prepare and present all menu items according to standard recipes and plate presentations
Communicate with line cooks for proper pars and production requirements
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and work area throughout shift
