Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of restaurant experience
- Ability to reliably commute or relocate before starting work
- Willingness to maintain kitchen cleanliness
- Ability to operate cooking utensils and equipment
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for cooking and teamwork

Job Duties
- Follow, enforce, comply and adhere to all LPT concepts, rules, policies, procedures, standards and recipes at all times
- Communicate with the Chef to learn daily work tasks and coordinate them
- Complete daily prep list within required time frames
- Be knowledgeable of all stations in the restaurant
- Prepare and present all menu items according to standard recipes and plate presentations
- Communicate with line cooks for proper pars and production requirements
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and work area throughout shift
