Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
minimum 1 year of line cook experience
experience with banquet food service
ability to stand for extended periods
capability to work under pressure
availability to work weekends
reliable transportation

Job Qualifications

culinary school diploma or equivalent experience
previous line cook experience in a banquet or event setting
knowledge of food safety regulations
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong teamwork and communication skills
flexibility to work varied shifts
passion for food and hospitality

Job Duties

prepare and cook menu items following recipes and quality standards
assist with banquet event food preparation and execution
maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff
monitor inventory and report supply needs
support new restaurant openings as needed
