Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a professional kitchen
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong communication skills
  • physical ability to stand for long periods and handle kitchen equipment safely
  • food handling certification preferred
  • willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • develop knowledge and skills in various cooking procedures and methods including grill, sauté and fry
  • experience using knives and various kitchen equipment
  • reach and recreate recipes
  • maintain consistency on all food preparation
  • minimize food waste through cross utilization
  • work with a world class culinary team
  • create workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
  • prepare ingredients to use in cooking including chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat
  • keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
  • ensure all food and other items are stored properly
  • responsible for the quality of ingredients
