Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a professional kitchen
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong communication skills
- physical ability to stand for long periods and handle kitchen equipment safely
- food handling certification preferred
- willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- develop knowledge and skills in various cooking procedures and methods including grill, sauté and fry
- experience using knives and various kitchen equipment
- reach and recreate recipes
- maintain consistency on all food preparation
- minimize food waste through cross utilization
- work with a world class culinary team
- create workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- prepare ingredients to use in cooking including chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat
- keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
- ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- responsible for the quality of ingredients
