Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations
- Experience in meal preparation within a food service or catering environment is preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure kitchen setting while maintaining quality standards

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Assist in meal preparation for catering events and daily service
- Ensure all food handling and safety regulations are strictly followed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and equipment
- Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs and preferences
- Support the team in inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies
- Participate in menu planning and development as needed
