Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and standards
  • Assist in meal preparation for catering events and daily service
  • Ensure all food handling and safety regulations are strictly followed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and equipment
  • Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs and preferences
  • Support the team in inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies
  • Participate in menu planning and development as needed
