Job Requirements
- must be able to stand, bend, stoop, reach, lift, grasp for extended periods of time
- must have sufficient mobility to move and operate in confined work area
- must be able to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 30 lbs
- must place items on high and low shelves in office, storerooms, service areas and walk-in coolers
- must tolerate temperature changes in kitchen and refrigerated areas
- weekend shifts are a must
- evening and morning shifts available
Job Qualifications
- kitchen experience preferred
- ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, and lift for extended periods
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- openness to being coached and mentored
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- ability to follow established recipes and plating guidelines
