Job Requirements

  • Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions

Job Qualifications

  • Basic culinary skills and knowledge of cooking techniques
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare food using various methods including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking of meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients
  • Adhere to food safety and cleanliness regulations to ensure guest safety
  • Maintain organized and clean workstation during and after shifts
  • Assist with inventory management and ingredient preparation
  • Support team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Participate in training and continuous improvement activities
  • Follow all Red Robin standard operating procedures and quality control standards
