- Be at least 18 years of age
- previous kitchen experience preferred
- previous pastry cooking experience preferred
- willing to go the extra mile to satisfy every need of our guests
- knowledgeable about the menu and the varying products we carry

Job Duties
- Cook and prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized Crack Shack recipes
- set up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment
- prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items
- operate equipment such as ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers, etc.
- arrange, garnish, and portion food according to established Crack Shack guidelines
- properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
- lead in quality control, food safety procedures, and restaurant food safety guidelines
- clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
- maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
- adhere to Crack Shack safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
- perform other duties as assigned by upper management
