Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a high-volume kitchen preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a line cook or similar culinary role
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to specifications
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations

Manage high-volume, a la minute cooking during peak hours
Monitor inventory and report supply needs
Assist in training new kitchen staff
