Job Requirements

  • 0 to 2 years of relevant food preparation experience
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts including open availability preferred

  • Willingness to learn and take direction promptly
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen tasks

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0 to 2 years of related food preparation experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of food safety practices
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts including early mornings evenings weekends and holidays
  • Open availability preferred

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare portion cook and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast lunch dinner and catered events
  • Read and follow basic recipes and product directions for preparing various food items
  • Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte stations and operate grill stations
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Assist with inventory management and food waste reduction initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on client requirements and business necessities
