Job Requirements
- Must have and maintain an active ServSafe Food Handlers Card
- high school diploma or GED
- minimum 2+ years line cook experience
- ability to handle physical demands including lifting 10-50 lbs and standing for long periods
- excellent knife and culinary skills
- knowledge of safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines
- ability to work in a fast-paced, high urgency kitchen environment
- authorized to work in the U.S.
Job Qualifications

- culinary degree (preferred but not required)
- minimum 2+ years line cook experience

Job Duties
- Responsible for production according to recipes/directions
- assist with food production
- cut and clean a variety of fruits, vegetables, and proteins using a knife and/or cutting machines
- produces food for breakfast, lunch, dinner and catered events
- follows production sheets, portioning and merchandising details as instructed by the Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, and Executive Chef
- follows all recipes and guidelines while meeting production deadlines
- ensures consistent quality on all prepared items
- tastes all food prepared for station to ensure flavor, freshness, and quality
- maintains a clean and organized station and prep area
- maintains kitchen equipment
- follows proper rotation and storage of goods
- follows safety and sanitation procedures with all guidelines from OSHA, Department of Public Health and Risk Management
- continuously seeks opportunities to improve the customer experience
- teamwork and time management
