Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one year of cooking experience in a restaurant environment
  • knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation
  • excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • ability to follow instructions and multi-task efficiently
  • physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • passion for culinary arts and commitment to customer service
  • legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1+ year experience as a cook in a restaurant environment
  • basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation
  • strong teamwork and communication skills
  • ability to follow instructions and multi-task
  • ability to spend long periods on your feet and lift 50lbs

Job Duties

  • Prepare high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of your station
  • follow directions from the Executive Chef and Lead Cooks
  • adhere to all kitchen policies, procedures, and food safety/sanitation guidelines
  • assist with prep work and ingredient deliveries
  • provide excellent customer service and ensure timely delivery of dishes
  • maintain open communication with restaurant servers and managers
  • support the culinary team in preparing for high-volume service
