Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
previous cooking experience preferred
ability to stand for long periods
capacity to handle high volume kitchen work
availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
strong attention to detail
good physical stamina

Job Qualifications

proven experience as a line cook or similar role
knowledge of health and safety regulations
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
good multitasking and communication skills
culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
positive attitude and strong work ethic
experience working in a team-oriented setting

Job Duties

prepare food items according to recipe and presentation standards
maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations
execute a la minute cooking techniques under high volume conditions
collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
monitor food quality and consistency
assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
