High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year experience as a line cook
Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Prepare and cook food items according to company recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstation
Ensure food safety and sanitation regulations are followed
Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
Collaborate with team members to coordinate food preparation and timely service
Monitor food quality and presentation
Support training of new kitchen staff as needed
