  • culinary degree preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in a kitchen or restaurant leadership role preferred
  • solid understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, kitchen equipment, and processes
  • proven track record of effectively leading and managing others
  • familiarity with best practices in the industry
  • knowledge of food preparation and health and safety standards
  • ability to effectively manage, direct, and lead a large team
