Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven cooking experience
Experience working in a high-volume kitchen
Willingness to obtain First Aid and CPR certification
Ability to work nights and weekends
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds
Ability to stand for long periods
Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with residents, family members, visitors, and team members

Job Qualifications

Proven cooking experience
Experience working in a high-volume kitchen
High school diploma or equivalent
Willingness to obtain First Aid and CPR certification
Strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and quality standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
Assist in educating residents and team members about healthy food options
Support high-volume meal production while ensuring food safety and sanitation
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
Present dishes in an attractive and professional manner
Adhere to Touchmark's ETHIC values in all interactions and tasks
