Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a cook in a high-volume kitchen
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to safely operate kitchen equipment
- Willingness to follow safety and sanitation guidelines

- Previous experience as a cook in a high-volume environment
- Strong knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays

- Ability to safely operate kitchen equipment
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, and lift and carry up to 40 lbs
Job Duties
- Ensure the highest quality of culinary services for our guests
- Quickly, safely, and efficiently prepare food in accordance with preparation and execution standards
- Follow established portion control procedures to minimize food waste and maximize profitability
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area including equipment, countertops, and storage areas to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels, rotating ingredients, receiving supplies, and notifying chef or manager of shortages or discrepancies
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to maintain efficient workflow and communicate effectively to ensure timely preparation and service of meals
- Follow all safety procedures
- Execute opening and closing procedures
- Remove trash, safely operate a trash compactor, and ensure cleanliness of the trash compactor area
- Perform other duties as assigned
