Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience as a line cook
Ability to work flexible schedules
Strong attention to detail
Good physical stamina for standing long periods
Ability to adhere to food safety standards

Job Duties

Prepare and cook food items according to company recipes and standards

Maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies
Support training and mentoring of junior kitchen staff
