Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume restaurant
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Availability to work weekends and some holidays
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
Excellent communication skills

Job Duties

Prepare food from scratch by following recipes to produce consistent results
Cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards and work clean
Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
Be available to work weekends and some holidays
Communicate effectively with team members
Fill in as needed to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
