Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- able to work in noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions
- able to move around facility and stand for long periods
- able to lift and carry 30 pounds
- able to walk or stand 100 percent of shift
- able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently
- adherence to company safety and sanitation policies
- must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively with team members

- previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the combination of food, drinks, and games
- keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and take corrective action or suggest alternatives
- adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- safely and correctly operate all kitchen equipment
- use chemicals properly for safety and cost control
- ensure all products are stored properly at appropriate levels
- prepare and sell food that meets quality indicators and guest expectations
- prepare and cook all food items by recipe and specification
- control costs by following prep sheets to eliminate waste
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas
- maintain station cleanliness and sanitation
- clean and maintain kitchen mats, floors, walls, and drains
- empty kitchen trash and maintain trash cans
- assist other team members as needed
- maintain a favorable working relationship with all team members
- be friendly and smile during work days, nights, and weekends as required
