Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- degree or training in Culinary Arts, Hospitality or related field, or culinary certificate ideal
- ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time
- ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed
- continuous bending, reaching, and twisting
- maintains strong personal image and uniform standards
- must be able to work at a high pace
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of culinary experience
- strong work ethic and integrity
- ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evening, weekends, and holidays
- ability to communicate clearly in English both written and verbal
Job Duties
- Menu prep and execution
- prep alongside team according to prep lists provided by leadership
- prepare menu items from recipes in a timely manner for tickets throughout service
- ensure knowledge of menu items and ingredients
- stock and maintain designated stations as directed by leadership
- collaborate with leadership and prepare order sheets as needed
- comply with all sanitation regulations and safety standards including proper storage, rotation of inventory, and quality control
- maintain a positive and professional approach with ownership, coworkers, customers, and vendors
