Job Requirements

must be at least 18 years of age
ability to work in noisy, fast-paced environment
ability to stand and move for long periods
able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
able to walk or stand 100 percent of shift
able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently

Job Qualifications

previous kitchen experience preferred but not required
ability to clearly communicate with team members
self-motivated and disciplined
friendly and able to smile during work
knowledge of food safety practices
ability to work days, nights and/or weekends
ability to maintain professional appearance

Job Duties

deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
keep immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters and take corrective action
adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies
safely operate all kitchen equipment
use chemicals properly for safety and cost control
ensure all products are stored properly at appropriate levels
prepare and sell food that meets quality standards and guest expectations
sell food within recommended time frames
prepare and cook all food items by recipe and specification
control costs by following prep sheets to reduce waste
maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and workstations
clean kitchen mats, floors, walls and drains
empty kitchen trash and maintain trash cans
assist other team members as needed
maintain favorable working relationships with company team members
smile and maintain friendly demeanor during shifts
