Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • able to work in noisy, fast paced environment
  • able to stand and move about facility for long periods
  • able to lift and carry 30 pounds
  • able to walk or stand 100% of shift
  • able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently

Job Qualifications

  • previous kitchen experience preferred but not required
  • ability to clearly communicate with team members
  • self-motivated and disciplined
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • able to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
  • ability to smile and be friendly while working
  • neat, clean and professional appearance

Job Duties

  • delivering an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
  • keeping immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and taking corrective action
  • adhering to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • safely and correctly operating all kitchen equipment
  • using chemicals properly for safety and cost control
  • ensuring proper storage of products at appropriate levels
  • preparing and selling food that meets quality indicators and guest expectations
  • preparing and cooking all food items by recipe and to specification
  • controlling costs by following prep sheets to ensure freshness and reduce waste
  • maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas and stations
  • cleaning kitchen mats, floors, walls and drains
  • emptying trash and maintaining trash cans
  • assisting other team members as needed
  • maintaining a favorable and cooperative working relationship with all team members
  • maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor during shifts
