Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of kitchen or food preparation experience
Ability to stand for extended periods
Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Physical ability to lift and move kitchen equipment and supplies
Basic understanding of kitchen equipment and culinary techniques

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

Job Duties

Prepare quality food using fresh ingredients
Coordinate food preparation to meet timely service demands

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Assist in inventory management and stock control
Support training and mentoring of new kitchen staff
