Job Description
This position is for a Cook at a hotel, responsible for preparing food in accordance with working menus, recipe cards, and photos, ensuring timely completion of daily specials, maintaining clean work areas, monitoring food presentation and portioning, ensuring food quality and consistency, displaying knowledge in sanitation and food handling, and attending mandatory meetings. The role also involves setting up, restocking, maintaining, and cleaning food preparation areas.
Job Requirements
