Job Description

BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse, located at 11600 Amargosa Road, is seeking dedicated Kitchen Staff including Grill Cooks and Prep Cooks to join their team. As a Line Cook at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse, you will be responsible for providing guest satisfaction through recipe execution, maintaining food appearance, and ensuring high-quality food preparation. You will prepare a variety of food items, follow recipes, implement portion control, adhere to presentation specifications, restock items and utensils, and maintain cleanliness at your station.
