Line Cook

Outback Steakhouse, located at 2402 W. Memorial Road, is hiring Kitchen Staff/Prep Cooks. As a Line Cook at Outback Steakhouse, you will passionately prepare, portion, and cook food items to Outback's quality specifications. You will be committed to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during your shift, and prepare food with proper safety equipment, tools, and recipe specs. Additionally, you will follow established food safety guidelines, recipes, standards, and procedures, and assess ingredients and items for freshness and quality, rotating products appropriately.
