We are currently seeking a dependable, energetic Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about food preparation and providing excellent customer experiences. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing delicious food items according to set specifications, ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. The position offers employment at $15 to $16 per hour, along with comprehensive benefits that include medical, dental, vision coverage, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan. Team members receive a 50% discount on meals while on duty and 20% off meals when off duty. Additionally, after a year of employment with at least 30 hours per week, employees become eligible for five vacation days.

In this role, you will engage in daily food preparation tasks, maintain cleanliness and organization of your assigned station, oversee food safety following FIFO storage protocols, and adhere to health inspection requirements. The Line Cook will also help train kitchen team members, communicate necessary facility repairs, and foster positive relationships across front-of-house and back-of-house teams. You will work closely with management and kitchen staff to coordinate daily planning and execution, contributing to the overall success of the restaurant. This role requires physical stamina for shifts up to eight hours and a willingness to lift and carry up to 20 pounds. Job Duties

  • Prepares food items to spec, executes their assigned station(s), and stores food using the FIFO system
