Job Requirements
- Three years culinary experience preferably in high-volume operation
- current food handler's permit
- ability to pass criminal background check
- availability to work weekends and some holidays as requested
- ability to work independently and maintain organization
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to prepare food according to standardized menus recipes
- ability to prepare foods for special diets
- ability to keep food preparation records
Job Qualifications
- Minimum three years culinary experience preferably in high-volume operation
- experience preparing menus adhering to nutritional guidelines
- experience preparing and working on a food truck
- current food handler's permit
- ability to work independently and maintain organization in fast-paced environment
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to prepare food according to standardized menus and recipes
- ability to prepare foods for special diets
- ability to keep records of food prepared served and leftover
Job Duties
- Coordinate cooking and production of breakfast entrees
- lunch entrees
- dinner entrees
- maintain adequate products and supplies for daily menu preparation
- request cooking products or supplies based on menu needs
- check supplies or food products delivered to ensure type quantity and quality meet specifications
- provide exceptional customer service to clients
- maintain an organized and clean work environment
- perform other duties as assigned
