Currently, Hotto Hotto is seeking a hardworking individual to join our kitchen team as a full-time or part-time Kitchen Cook. This role is integral to our Back of House (BOH) team and focuses on preparing and cooking food items to meet hospitality and service standards. The Kitchen Cook will be expected to prepare food in a sanitary and timely manner, ensuring all dishes meet our strict quality guidelines and presentation specifications. The ideal candidate should be familiar with kitchen operations and capable of operating standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and equipment, restocking items promptly during shifts, and adhering rigorously to sanitation and food production codes to guarantee the safety and satisfaction of our customers. This role offers an excellent chance to grow culinary skills in a supportive and dynamic environment while contributing to a beloved food service brand. Employment may be offered on a full-time or part-time basis, catering to different availability and lifestyle needs.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in food preparation or cooking preferred
  • basic understanding of kitchen safety and hygiene standards
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • flexibility to work full-time or part-time hours including weekends and holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner

  • restock items as needed throughout the shift
