Job Requirements
- Certified in food safety
- Experience working in a professional kitchen environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
- Knowledge of nutrition and sanitation regulations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively

- Capable of handling fine dining shifts efficiently and effectively
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Experienced and diverse palate
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Familiarity with industry's best practices
- Certified in food safety
- Strong multi-tasking ability
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift a minimum of 25 lbs
Job Duties
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food for service, such as chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Answer, report, and follow instructions from the chef or sous chef
- Clean up station and manage leftover food
- Prepare a family meal once a week with team members
- Stock inventory appropriately and maintain records for own station
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Uphold a comprehensive approach to guest care, demonstrating a proactive attitude in ensuring guest satisfaction across all interactions
