The compensation for this role varies depending on location within Colorado. In Denver, the base wage is $18.81 per hour, while outside of Denver it is $14.81 per hour. In addition to the base wage, you will participate in the restaurant’s tip pool, which generally raises the average hourly earnings for this position to between $20.00 and $32.00. Tip pool distribution is based on hours worked, role, and total tips earned each day, so actual earnings may vary. This base wage and tip pool model reflects our commitment to rewarding hard work and dedication, ensuring every team member feels valued and motivated.
