Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- Pennsylvania State EMT or Paramedic credential
- applicable state certification(s)
- effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- preferred 1+ years of experience as an EMS provider
- preferred 911 experience
- effective customer service skills
- knowledge of special event operations and customer service

Job Duties
- ensure that event activities align with CrowdRx goals and strategic plan
- deliver BLS level care according to medical guidelines and protocols
- respond calmly and professionally to emergency medical assistance calls and public safety issues within assigned areas
- coordinate and arrange transport for patients requiring higher levels of care
- communicate effectively with venue and event staff as well as local officials
- utilize medical equipment and procedures to provide high-quality patient care
- generate and submit accurate response and patient care documentation
- maintain uniforms, response gear, and personal protective equipment
- keep current on NREMT and state certifications
- monitor and maintain first aid offices and medical equipment supplies
- comply with all policies, procedures, and required report times
- maintain regular and prompt attendance
- communicate public health and safety issues to staff and management
