Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Pennsylvania State EMT or Paramedic credential
  • applicable state certification(s)
  • effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • 1 plus years experience as EMS provider preferred
  • 911 experience preferred
  • effective customer service skills
  • working understanding of special event operations and customer service

Job Duties

  • Ensure event activities align with CrowdRx goals and strategic plan
  • deliver on-site BLS level care according to medical guidelines and protocols
  • respond calmly and professionally to emergency medical calls and public safety issues within assigned event area
  • coordinate emergent and non-emergent patient transport to higher level of care
  • communicate effectively with venue staff and local officials to provide critical information
  • utilize medical equipment and procedures to provide high-quality patient care
  • generate and submit all required response and patient care documentation
  • maintain issued uniforms and response gear while properly using personal protective equipment
  • keep certifications current and maintain first aid offices and medical gear in working order
  • follow all policies and ensure compliance with established report times
  • maintain prompt and regular attendance
  • communicate public health and safety issues to venue staff and internal management
