Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Pennsylvania State EMT or Paramedic credential
- applicable state certification(s)
- effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- 1 plus years experience as EMS provider preferred
- 911 experience preferred
- effective customer service skills
- working understanding of special event operations and customer service

Job Duties
- Ensure event activities align with CrowdRx goals and strategic plan
- deliver on-site BLS level care according to medical guidelines and protocols
- respond calmly and professionally to emergency medical calls and public safety issues within assigned event area
- coordinate emergent and non-emergent patient transport to higher level of care
- communicate effectively with venue staff and local officials to provide critical information
- utilize medical equipment and procedures to provide high-quality patient care
- generate and submit all required response and patient care documentation
- maintain issued uniforms and response gear while properly using personal protective equipment
- keep certifications current and maintain first aid offices and medical gear in working order
- follow all policies and ensure compliance with established report times
- maintain prompt and regular attendance
- communicate public health and safety issues to venue staff and internal management
