Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in a food service or custodial role is an advantage
physical capability to handle lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and extended walking or standing
ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
strong commitment to safety protocols and sanitation standards
reliable and self-motivated
effective communication skills
willingness to comply with company uniform and PPE policies

Job Qualifications

demonstrates an understanding of basic sanitation procedures
able to follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals
capable of working flexible hours including evenings and weekends
positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
ability to perform light maintenance and custodial tasks
physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods
willingness to wear uniforms and personal protective equipment when required

Job Duties

ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils are cleaned and sanitized
maintain dishwashing station, three compartment sink and related areas cleaned
ensure equipment is clean and in working condition
report any equipment issues to management
perform other light maintenance and custodial tasks
maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers
adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
ensure security of company assets
