Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in organizing, leading, and delivering events focused on family entertainment in a resort, cruise, theme park, or similar hospitality environment
  • Previous experience arranging and implementing activity programs involving children and groups
  • Exceptional interpersonal and public speaking skills
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm, creativity, energy, and ability to perform scripted material and choreography
  • Strong multitasking and leadership skills
  • Basic knowledge of event coordination, safety protocols, and guest service standards
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Valid CPR and First Aid certification preferred
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Fluent in English
  • Prior supervisory or lead entertainment experience is advantageous
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
  • Ability to perform an audition as part of the application process

  • Previous experience arranging and implementing activity programs involving children and groups
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills with an outgoing, approachable, and professional demeanor
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm, creativity, energy, and ability to perform scripted material and choreography
  • Strong multitasking and leadership abilities in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
  • Basic knowledge of event coordination, safety protocols, and guest service standards
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Valid CPR and First Aid certification preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Fluent in English
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or lead role in entertainment or activities is a plus
  • Ability to perform an audition to assess performance skills and fit for on-stage roles

Job Duties

  • Maintain high levels of guest engagement through frequent interactions using a microphone for announcements and leading on-stage activities
  • Serve as the emcee and lead for all adult and family activities including pool games, trivia sessions, movie nights, sports challenges, island tours, crafts, cooking demonstrations and other programmed events
  • Learn and perform scripted material, choreography, and routines for various activities with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Organize and deliver family-oriented entertainment events, assist with setup for beach and pool activities, and coordinate with other departments such as bartenders, Beach Ambassadors, pool operators, concierge, Kids Club, and Red Sail Sports/shore excursions
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to present varied and engaging activities and provide operational support for excursions, events, or other resort initiatives
  • Foster positive interactions, resolve guest inquiries or concerns related to activities, and contribute to making the resort a top destination for families
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management to support the Lifestyle Team and overall resort operations
