Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in leisure studies, gerontology, wellness, or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum seven years of program development and management experience
- Prior supervisory responsibility preferred
- Valid and current driver’s license
- Current CPR certification or ability to become certified
- Excellent oral, written, and platform presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in planning and implementing large and small-scale events
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Designing, developing, and executing enriching lifestyle programs for independent living residents
- Overseeing transportation services and fitness programming
- Creating signature lifestyle experiences focused on brain vitality and experiential learning
- Supervising and mentoring a team of lifestyle professionals
- Collaborating with community leadership and cabinet members to ensure cohesive programming
- Managing event planning and implementation for large and small-scale events
- Promoting wellness, connection, and lifelong learning among residents
