Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in leisure studies, gerontology, wellness, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum seven years of program development and management experience
  • Prior supervisory responsibility preferred
  • Valid and current driver’s license
  • Current CPR certification or ability to become certified
  • Excellent oral, written, and platform presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in planning and implementing large and small-scale events

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Designing, developing, and executing enriching lifestyle programs for independent living residents
  • Overseeing transportation services and fitness programming
  • Creating signature lifestyle experiences focused on brain vitality and experiential learning
  • Supervising and mentoring a team of lifestyle professionals
  • Collaborating with community leadership and cabinet members to ensure cohesive programming
  • Managing event planning and implementation for large and small-scale events
  • Promoting wellness, connection, and lifelong learning among residents
