The Lifestyle Coordinator role at Inframark Community Management Services is a vital position responsible for planning and organizing social events and assisting with recreational programs that enhance the vibrancy and engagement of the community. This role is pivotal in managing all aspects of event planning, from developing annual event calendars to overseeing execution and post-event follow-up. The coordinator will be interacting with community members, vendors, and volunteers to ensure well-run events and activities that foster connection and enjoyment within the community. This position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage budgets, oversee staff and volunteers, and strong communication capabilities to maintain positive relationships and ensure effective event promotion through newsletters and flyers.
Working hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with occasional night and weekend shifts required to support events and recreation programs. The role also involves administrative and customer service duties, supporting both the Lifestyle Manager and Board of Directors through reports and meeting assistance, and providing backup support to the Lifestyle Administrator. Physical demands include the ability to work under various weather conditions, lift up to 50 pounds regularly, and engage in activities requiring extended periods of standing and walking.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum 2 years experience in events and administration
- supervisory or lead experience preferred
- valid driver's license
- basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and internet
- ability to work with office equipment and phone systems
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manages all aspects of event planning, implementation and follow up including establishing an annual calendar of social events, communicating event dates, times, and locations, hiring vendors and volunteers, opening and closing recreational centers for each event, decorating or forming committees to decorate for events and holidays
- Develops and manages event and activity budget, reconciles class, event and rental income
- Manages and oversees community groups and volunteers
- Oversees website maintenance, prepares community newsletters and event fliers as needed
- Assists with facilitating, scheduling and coordinating community programming
- Coordinates, trains, schedules, and manages event staff for community events, rentals, and recreation programs
- Works events and recreation programs including nights, holidays, and weekends as required
- Assists Lifestyle Manager with reports and Board of Directors meetings
- Provides backup support to the Lifestyle Administrator as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned
