Job Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience required
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Capability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
Must follow company policies and procedures
Professional appearance and demeanor

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience in bartending or similar roles
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of beverage preparation and current trends
Commitment to providing excellent guest service
Physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods

Job Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails and specialty drinks
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Provide exceptional guest service by engaging with customers and anticipating their needs
Handle cash and process transactions accurately
Stay knowledgeable about current drink trends and local offerings
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Adhere to safety and company policies to maintain a secure work environment
