The role of the Barman at JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa is crucial in delivering an exceptional and memorable guest experience. Beyond merely preparing beverages, the Barman serves as a host and ambassador of the bar, tasked with anticipating and understanding evolving guest needs and market trends. This full-time, non-management position requires evening shift availability and open availability is preferred. The pay is $16.90 per hour plus tips and eligibility for staff service charges, reflecting the importance of service excellence in this role.
