Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least one year of related work experience
- Open availability preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Capability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
- No supervisory experience required

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes
- Engage with guests to provide an exceptional and personalized service experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area to ensure operational efficiency
- Accurately handle cash transactions and register operations
- Monitor guest behavior and adhere to safety and legal regulations related to alcohol service
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to anticipate and meet guest needs
- Stay informed about current beverage trends and incorporate micro-local offerings when possible
