We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Bartender to join our food and beverage team. This full-time, non-management position offers flexible shifting with open availability preferred, providing a competitive pay range starting at $10.49 per hour with additional compensation through service charges and tip eligibility. Following a 90-day period, training and paid time off rates increase, reflecting our commitment to rewarding skill development and tenure.

The role of the Bartender at BWI Airport Marriott extends well beyond simply mixing drinks.
