The role of Lifestyle Assistant at Arden Courts is a vital position responsible for creating and facilitating daily activity programs tailored to meet the diverse needs of the residents. This position plays a key role in supporting the Director by providing a full range of programming services aimed at enriching the lives of residents through therapeutic recreation and social engagement. The Lifestyle Assistant is expected to exercise tact, sensitivity, and professionalism to ensure that all activities are delivered with compassion and respect, enhancing the quality of life for residents. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge and experience with residents having dementia preferred
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner
  • Physical ability to walk, stand, talk, hear, and move freely throughout the facility
