The LifeCafe Staff position plays a vital role in delivering Life Time's unique member experience by ensuring that all menu items are prepared and served quickly and accurately according to established recipes and speed standards. This role demands a high level of customer service, with team members expected to engage warmly with members, respond to inquiries about food and beverage selections, and offer helpful recommendations. Maintaining a clean and sanitized environment is crucial to supporting the health and safety standards Life Time upholds. Work involves executing orders for food, shakes, beverages, and espresso drinks efficiently within a fast-paced, customer-focused cafe setting. As an hourly position starting at $15.00 and potentially rising to $18.00 depending on experience and qualifications, this role offers opportunities for growth and the chance to be part of a community-oriented wellness company. The LifeCafe Staff are key ambassadors of Life Time's brand and are instrumental in creating an inviting atmosphere that enhances the overall member experience. This position also involves physical activity, including operating in a mostly stationary position with periods of moving around the cafe and the ability to lift weight as required. CPR/AED certification is mandatory within 30 days of hire, underscoring the company's commitment to health and safety.

Job Requirements
- Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the cafe for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
- CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality or customer service is beneficial
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to food safety standards
- Friendly and customer-oriented attitude
