Job Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a fast casual or full service restaurant environment
ServSafe certification required within first 90 days of hire
CPR/AED certification required within first 30 days of hire
Ability to repeatedly bend and lift more than 20 lbs
Ability to remain in a stationary position and move around the Cafe for prolonged periods
Willingness to provide exceptional customer service
Ability to work part time hours in a fast-paced setting

Job Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience working in a restaurant with fast casual or full service experience
ServSafe certification within first 90 days of hire
CPR/AED certification within first 30 days of hire
Ability to communicate effectively with members and team members
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Job Duties

Present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service
Take orders from members/customers in assigned stations at the pool deck, relay information to the kitchen, and efficiently deliver the food/drink items ordered
Ensure cleanliness and order of the area including cleaning surfaces and placing tables/chairs in proper places
Calculate bill and process payments
Remove dirty dishes in a timely manner
Display knowledge of the LifeCafe and/or Bistro by efficiently answering questions and providing additional recommendations
Maintain a positive and inviting atmosphere for members
