Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED required
  • associate’s degree preferred
  • six months experience working with seniors in activities or life enrichment preferred
  • proof of COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption required as condition of employment

  • enthusiastic and compassionate senior care professional

Job Duties

  • assist the director of life enrichment with planning scheduling and coordinating all resident activities including special events following the life enrichment programs on a monthly basis
  • promote a healthy community culture for all residents and employees
  • provide individual and group educational opportunities for residents and staff in the area of disease prevention and management
  • lead daily resident activities per community standards
  • assist with preparing and distributing monthly calendars according to community standards
  • plan and execute diverse and engaging programs to meet the needs of diverse resident populations
