Job Requirements

- Associate's degree preferred
- Six months experience working with seniors in activities or life enrichment preferred

Job Duties
- Assist the Director of Life Enrichment with planning, scheduling, and coordinating all resident activities including special events following the Life Enrichment programs on a monthly basis
- Promote a healthy community culture for all residents and employees
- Provide individual and group educational opportunities for residents and staff in the area of disease prevention and management
- Lead daily resident activities per community standards
- Assist with preparing and distributing monthly activity calendars
- Plan and execute diverse and engaging programs to meet needs of diverse resident population including those with physical assistance needs and memory loss
- May be responsible for transporting residents to appointments and recreational outings
