Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in customer service and clerical or administrative roles
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • experience planning and facilitating group activities or wellness programs preferred
  • availability for flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead and participate in engaging activities such as arts and crafts, educational classes, games, entertainment, and off-site outings
  • coordinate and distribute a monthly activities calendar
  • promote, schedule, and encourage participation
  • organize, implement, and oversee wellness and recreation programs tailored to residents' needs
  • warmly greet and assist residents, families, visitors, vendors, and potential residents
  • provide an overview of community information to inquiries in support of marketing and sales efforts
  • assist with resident services such as transportation, mail and deliveries, and coordination of visitors
