Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service and clerical or administrative roles
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- experience planning and facilitating group activities or wellness programs preferred
- availability for flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Lead and participate in engaging activities such as arts and crafts, educational classes, games, entertainment, and off-site outings
- coordinate and distribute a monthly activities calendar
- promote, schedule, and encourage participation
- organize, implement, and oversee wellness and recreation programs tailored to residents' needs
- warmly greet and assist residents, families, visitors, vendors, and potential residents
- provide an overview of community information to inquiries in support of marketing and sales efforts
- assist with resident services such as transportation, mail and deliveries, and coordination of visitors
