Job Requirements
- Current, valid driver’s license
- Must meet company driving requirements
- Driving record (MVR) meets company insurance requirements
- Willingness and ability to transport residents in company vehicles
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends
- Preferred experience working with seniors or in event or lesson planning
Job Qualifications
- Experience working with seniors preferred
- Experience in event planning or lesson planning preferred
- Demonstrated creative skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to follow company policies and safety guidelines
Job Duties
- Assisting with the planning and implementation of resident activities including calendar development, budgeting, coordinating with outside organizations, setup, and cleanup
- Helping to ensure activities meet the needs and preferences of residents
- Being willing to provide oversight of a specific life enrichment component such as Memory Care or a particular activity as assigned
- Coordinating the transportation of residents to and from outside events including driving company vehicle when needed
- Communicating effectively with residents and staff
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
