Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in landscaping or a related field
- proven leadership experience
- ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- reliable and punctual
- valid driver's license preferred

Job Duties
- Supervise daily site operations and delegate work to crew members
- maintain schedule and ensure service expectations are met
- identify more efficient ways to perform work
- present customer concerns to production manager and assist in resolution
- provide production manager with feedback on team members
- assist production manager in development and training of team members
- deliver accurate crew time records
- ensure all crew members perform work safely according to company policies
- maintain equipment in good working condition and ensure preventive maintenance
- record equipment usage and maintenance
