Job Requirements
- An active and unrestricted Washington real estate license
- Residence in Pierce County or the Puyallup area
- Experience in residential real estate transactions or a strong sales background with a licensed status
- Demonstrated passion for outstanding customer service
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Flexibility and adaptability to customer schedules
- Results-driven mentality with collaborative and humble approach
Job Qualifications
- An active and unrestricted Washington real estate license
- Location in the Pierce County or Puyallup area
- Some residential real estate transaction experience or strong sales background with an active real estate license
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to adapt to customer schedules and needs
- Drive for results combined with collaboration skills and humility
Job Duties
- Generate and manage 4 to 8 high-quality seller appointments per month based on availability
- Utilize Orchard's unique client products including Move First, Concierge, and Cash Offer plus Upside to facilitate successful transactions
- Provide exceptional customer experience through strong communication and adaptability
- Collaborate with Orchard Mortgage and Orchard Title services to ensure seamless transactions
- Coordinate transactions effectively utilizing provided administrative support
- Leverage free Facebook and Instagram advertising to promote listings and increase visibility
- Participate in training and mentorship programs to continuously improve sales skills and market knowledge
