Job Requirements

  • Current active LPN license in state of practice
  • Experience in gerontological nursing including dementia population preferred
  • Basic reading and writing skills
  • Ability to speak English in an understandable manner
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted
  • Full use of hands, arms, and legs for tasks including medication administration
  • Ability to read thermometers, charts, and testing equipment

Job Qualifications
